About the Course
The PADI Advanced Freediver course is designed to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress while learning how your body performs during apnea. This course builds on the skills learnt in the PADI Freediver (or equivalent cerrtification).
During this intermediate level course, your instructor will teach you how to control your dives, tuning the technique, freefalling, managing the frenzel technique for deeper dives, correctly dry warm up, and lot more.
The course takes 3 days with morning and afternoon sessions (5), each training session takes around 2h. The theory development go by e-learning and 1x Knowledge review classes with your instructor, including theory exam.
15 years minimum of age (15-17 yo with parent consent)
PADI Freediver certification or crossover assesment
5x Training sessions (2x Confined Water + 3x Open water sessions)
1x knowledge review class and 1 theory exam
Depth range: 10-24m
Yoga/breathing/relaxation workshop & practice
Freediving gear ( wetsuit is not included)
