About the Course
Take your first step toward discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore beneath the waves. This introductory course is a simple low stress way to explore your inward power.
If you've always wanted to enter the underwater world quietly, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then this course is for you.
No prior experience with snorkeling, skin diving or freediving is required.
The course structure include an excellent online theory development, confined water skills and open water skills sessions (4).
The course takes minimum 2 days with morning and afternoon sessions, each training session takes around 2 hours. The theory development go by home studying (PADI Freediver e-learning ) and 1x Knowledge review class with your instructor.
Pre-requirements:
12 years minimum of age
Swim 200m unassisted & non-stop or 300m snorkeling test
Include:
4x Training sessions (2x Confined Water + 2x Open water sessions)
E-Learning Theory development
Frenzel equalization technique development
Knowledge review class and 1 theory exam
Depth range: 0-16m
Yoga/breathing/relaxation workshop & practice
Freediving gear ( wetsuit is not included)
Internationally recognized e-certification
